Yes! When you fill out the Supercast registration info, you'll see the option to upgrade or change tiers!

After you’ve switched over to Supercast, you can adjust your tier by clicking the “Subscription” tab at the top of the RECAPtains dashboard. Pick a new plan to switch to and choose “Change to this plan”.

Plan changes will be applied immediately, and any time left on your old plan will be prorated against the new plan.

Yes! After you’ve switched over to Supercast, you can adjust your tier by clicking the “Subscription” tab at the top of the RECAPtains page. Scroll to the bottom and click the “Manage” button to make updates.

Select the tier you're interested in, then simply adjust your monthly total to add additional funds. Thanks for asking!

Let’s see if we can help get this billing situation sorted out! In our move over from Patreon to our new RECAPtains platform (through Supercast), we know there were several back and forth steps.

One of the final steps in the process, once you're registered on SUPERCAST, is to log back into your Patreon account and cancel your subscription with The Bible Recap on Patreon. This, unfortunately, isn't an automatic setting, but has to be done manually by you. Here are detailed instructions for how to cancel Patreon.

If you have tried to cancel your Patreon membership, email us recaptains@thebiblerecap.com and we’ll try to provide further assistance.

Once you've cancelled your Patreon account, you can email recaptains@thebiblerecap.com for a refund for some of the time you were double-charged.

Once you’ve moved to our new RECAPtains platform (through Supercast), here are tips on how to find your RECAPtain content!

Podbean is our host platform for The Bible Recap, and we also broadcast out to many other reliable and reputable podcast apps/platforms.

While Podbean doesn’t have the ability to connect to The Bible KNEEcap, for reasons outside of our control, the good news is that Apple Podcasts and Spotify are two other very widely-used, well-known platforms that usually perform great AND offer capabilities to connect to The Bible KNEEcap. We would suggest either of these platforms to you!

There isn’t an app, but you can bookmark the RECAPtains page to your phone homescreen.
